How do you do it?

• It’s best to sit or stand in front of a blank wall and frame yourself from the torso or shoulders to the top of your head. Leave only an inch or two of headspace (the space between the top of your head and the frame of the video).
• Be mindful about your background, lighting, and noises in the room.
• You can make your video as long as you want, but keep it under 250MB.
