Upload the required documents before your first day of class.
What documents are required?
The following documentation must be provided to SembraSchool prior to beginning a course:
1. High School Transcripts or High School Equivalency Certification (G.E.D)
- Please reach out to us if you have trouble getting high school transcripts. We can still enroll you you in a class while we work on getting them.
- If you have attended community college, you may request those instead of high school transcripts. Have college transcripts sent to school@sembranet.com.
2. Two forms of valid identification – Photo ID and Social Security Card
3. TB skin test results within the past 12 months or chest x-ray for positive TB test results.
