We are partnered with local home care agencies and assisted living facilities that can help you offset the cost of the program! Most of our partners require a commitment to work in exchange for helping you pay for the program.

To apply for the Work Exchange program, please complete these two steps:

STEP 2: After applying with the partner, fill out the application enroll in the CNA course.

Our Work Exchange Partners

HomeChoice Healthcare

• This partner is a Home Care Provider. They will hire you to work as a PCA. They require you to work 600 hours, then they will pay the full cost of the CNA program ($999). Once you complete the program, they require an additional 600 hours of work for a total 1200-hour work commitment in exchange for a full scholarship to the CNA program.

Sunrise Senior Living

• Sunrise has several Assisted Living communities in Raleigh and Cary. They will hire you as a PCA and reimburse you for the full cost of the CNA program once you graduate and pass the state exam. You must pay upfront for the program if you choose this partner, but payment plans are available, and you can look forward to a full reimbursement upon completion.
