AGREEMENT: The student listed below and SembraShcool enter into an agreement under which the student will pay the tuition and fees indicated. The school will instruct the student in the Nurse Aide I curriculum in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Refund Policy and Regulations

  • Refunds will be calculated from the last date of attendance. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of written notice of intent to withdraw to the Program Coordinator or Administrative Manager. 
  • NO refunds will be issued on registration fee, uniforms, books, or criminal background check fees after the first day of class.
  • Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
    • 100% of all monies will be refunded if a student withdraws before the first day of class or if the school cancels the class.
    • 75% of tuition will be refunded if the student withdraws within the first 25% of the period of enrollment for the course the student was charged.
      • Please Note: 25% of the course falls on the 8th class day. Students must withdraw prior to day 8 of the class to be eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving notice of withdrawal.

IMPORTANT!

You will be contacted by the Admissions Coordinator two weeks before your class start date to confirm your seat in the class. If you fail to respond to text messages, phone calls, or email to confirm your plans to attend, your seat will be forfeited, and you will be moved to another class.

Online Orientation

You will receive an email one week before your class starts with instructions for completing your online orientation. You must complete your online orientation by the deadline listed in the email. If you fail to complete the online orientation by the deadline, your seat may be forfeited, and you may be moved to another class.

Waitlists

If you are on a class waitlist, you will be notified at least one week before class if you have gotten into class. Upon notification that you have gotten into class, you must either pay in full or create a payment plan within three days to secure your enrollment. Failure to pay in full or create a payment plan within three days after notification that you are off the waitlist will result in forfeiting your seat, and you will not be enrolled in class.

I grant permission to SembraSchool to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during school activities for promotional purposes, including advertising and social media. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images or recordings.(Required)
