AGREEMENT: The student listed below and SembraShcool enter into an agreement under which the student will pay the tuition and fees indicated. The school will instruct the student in the Nurse Aide I Refresher Course curriculum in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Refund Policy and Regulations

  • Refunds will be calculated from the last date of attendance. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of written notice of intent to withdraw to the Program Coordinator or Administrative Manager. 
  • NO refunds will be issued on registration fee, or books after the first day of class.
  • Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
    • 100% of all monies will be refunded if a student withdraws before the first day of class or if the school cancels the class.
    • 75% of tuition will be refunded if the student withdraws within the first 25% of the period of enrollment for the course the student was charged.
      • Please Note: 25% of the course falls on the 3rd class day. Students must withdraw prior to day 3 of the class to be eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving notice of withdrawal.

IMPORTANT!

You will be contacted by the Admissions Coordinator one week before your class start date to confirm your seat in the class. If you fail to respond to text messages, phone calls, or email to confirm your plans to attend, your seat will be forfeited, and you will be moved to another class.

I understand I must confirm my plans to attend one week in advance or risk losing my seat in the class.(Required)
I grant permission to SembraSchool to use photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during school activities for promotional purposes, including advertising and social media. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images or recordings.(Required)
