AGREEMENT: The student listed below and SembraShcool enter into an agreement under which the student will pay the tuition and fees indicated. The school will instruct the student in the Medication Aide for Adult Care Home curriculum in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if the student withdrawals prior to the first day of class. After class starts, refunds will be calculated from the date of formal withdrawal from the program. Students must provide written notice of intent to withdraw to the Program Coordinator or Administrative Manager.

NO refunds will be issued on the registration fee after the first day of class.

Refunds will be issued on tuition under the following circumstances:

  • 100 % refund if a student withdraws before the first day of class or if the school cancels the class.

  • 75% refund if the student withdraws after the class has begun.
